About TC&G Supply Co.

TC&G Supply Co. is a DBA of Karawan Enterprises LLC, a business based in Fraser, Michigan, United States. TC&G Supply Co. is an online retailer of trading card game products, collectibles, accessories, games, books, apparel, and related merchandise.

Website Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old—or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian—to place an order.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Customer Accounts

Some website features may permit or require a customer account.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Restricting access to your account and devices
• Activities performed through your account

Please notify us promptly at support@tcandgsupplyco.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used for suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, violations of these terms, or activity that may harm TC&G Supply Co., its customers, or third parties.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, availability, condition, and other information accurately.

Colors and product appearance may vary because of photography, lighting, screen settings, packaging revisions, or manufacturer changes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, product images are for identification and illustration.

For merchant-created bundles, the product page will identify the principal items included. Packaging and included components should be reviewed before purchase.

Pricing and Availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice before an order is accepted. Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory or guarantee its price.

We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or product-information errors. If an error materially affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

We do not charge a different amount after checkout without the customer’s authorization, except for adjustments expressly permitted by the selected payment method or applicable law.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when it enters fulfillment or ships, subject to payment authorization and inventory availability.

We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for:

• Payment authorization failure
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Inventory errors
• Purchase-quantity limits
• Shipping restrictions
• Website or technical errors
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed during the checkout process.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. TC&G Supply Co. does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Fraud Prevention

We may review orders for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, resale abuse, automated purchasing, or other irregular activity.

We may request reasonable additional verification before accepting or fulfilling an order. An order may be delayed or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Purchase Limits

Certain products may be subject to purchase limits. Limits may apply per customer, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address.

We may cancel quantities exceeding a stated limit or orders that appear designed to avoid purchase restrictions.

Shipping

TC&G Supply Co. currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after successful payment. Estimated carrier transit time after shipment is 2–7 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, product releases, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Shipping Delays

We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the stated timeframe.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we may notify you of the delay and provide a revised shipping date. When required by applicable law, you will have the opportunity to consent to the delay or cancel the affected order for a refund.

This provision also applies to preorders when required by applicable law, regardless of any general final-sale policy.

Order Cancellations

To request cancellation, email support@tcandgsupplyco.com as soon as possible.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing begins. An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled.

Preorders are subject to the separate preorder terms below.

Preorders

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all preorder purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or voluntarily canceled after purchase.

Displayed release and shipment dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers or distributors and may change. We are not responsible for manufacturer or distributor release-date changes.

If we cannot fulfill a preorder, we will cancel the affected item and issue a refund. Delayed preorders will be handled in accordance with applicable shipping laws and the Shipping Delays section above.

Returns, Final-Sale Items, And Refunds

Product-specific return eligibility or final-sale status is displayed on the applicable product page before purchase.

Trading card game products and preorders are generally final sale. Products displaying a 30-day return-eligibility notice may qualify for return, subject to the conditions in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Complete return eligibility requirements, reporting timeframes, return-authorization procedures, return-shipping responsibilities, damaged-order procedures, refund timing, and applicable exceptions are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, expiration dates, purchase minimums, exclusions, or quantity limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Promotions cannot be combined
• Discounts have no cash value
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively
• Expired promotions will not be honored
• Promotions may be modified or discontinued before an order is placed

We may reject promotion use involving fraud, abuse, manipulation, or technical errors.

Authenticity and Product Sourcing

We intend to sell authentic merchandise obtained through sources we consider reliable.

TC&G Supply Co. is an independent retailer. Unless expressly stated on the relevant page, references to manufacturers, franchises, trademarks, or product brands do not mean that TC&G Supply Co. is sponsored by, endorsed by, or formally affiliated with those trademark owners.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content—including the TC&G Supply Co. name, logo, layout, graphics, text, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to TC&G Supply Co. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party product names, character names, logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials belong to their respective owners.
